Membership at Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute offers many advantages. Some of the bonuses include discounts at the Gift Gallery, the School of Art and selected Performing Arts events, and free admission to the Young Artists Series. Additionally, complimentary use of the reference and music libraries, invitations to special events, the Institute Bulletin and reciprocal privileges at many New York State museums are included with your membership. Becoming a member is easy, and several levels of membership are available.

An Appeal to Our Members

In the midst of our challenges to balance the Institute’s budget and safeguard the cultural resources and activities that we all care about, I was inspired by a very welcome event this week.

A kind and thoughtful MWPAI member made a personal visit here in order to raise her membership level from $75 to $250. In addition, she very generously added a $300 gift to the annual fund.

“The Institute is just too important to this community to have to face a decline in its programs,” she said. “We all need to respond to your financial needs. I really wish I could do more. This is what I am able to do at the time.”

The commitment and generosity of this one member provided a very welcome lift to all of us at MWPAI. We want to invite member to join in raising your support at this crucial time.
