School of Art Gallery Facility

Gallery Dimensions: 28 feet wide x 40 feet long

Description of Track Lighting: Lightolier Brand covers a 20 feet wide x 32 feet Long area centered in the room. Light tracks are approximately 4 feet from walls.

Description of walls and how much weight can be hung from them:
Walls are plywood with a 5/8 Gypsium wall board over metal studs, painted.

Acceptable weights for artworks need to be approved before installation.

Description of Floor: Floor is concrete with a rubberized black floor tile.

Note regarding safety regulations: No artwork is to be suspended from building sprinkler system, electrical conduit (including track lighting) or on any plumbing components. Installations must meet New York State Fire Code.

Provisions: We have a limited supply of pedestals and bonnets. We do not provide LCD projectors, monitors or computers.
