Application and Selection Process

Human Resources coordinates employment searches for open positions at Munson via internal and external employment announcements. Human Resources receive application information and an acknowledgment card is sent to each applicant. The application material is then forwarded to the hiring department for review.
Candidate interviewing and selection is made by the hiring department with assistance from the Human Resources Office.
The application materials required for each open position vary and are described in the body of the position announcement. Please include all the required information for consideration.
Munson performs a thorough background check, reference check, degree verification (when applicable), and medical exam (for certain positions) on the selected candidate post-offer, pre-hire and complies with all relevant state and federal laws on non-discrimination.
