Be immersed in the healing vibrations of gongs, quartz crystal, and alchemy singing bowls for this special sound healing event in the Edward Root Sculpture Court led by Andrea Lisette Villiere.
The sounds from the instruments are the vehicle to bring participants to a deeper state of relaxation while surrounded by Munson-Williams’ galleries. Sound is an integral part of our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual design. Sound and music can soothe, calm, and invoke moods and feelings along the entire emotional spectrum.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, blanket, sleeping bag, pillow, eye mask, or any other props for personal comfort.
