Public tours are offered regularly; please check the calendar for dates and times. Public tours are free and open to the public, however, some special exhibitions may require admission. All public tours meet at the Museum Shop in the Sculpture Court.
Off Site Presentations and Programs
As a public service, Museum of Art docents are available to present slide lectures that introduce the museum and its collections, as well as special exhibition material, to community organizations, businesses, libraries, and senior citizen groups. Slide lectures must be scheduled at least one month in advance.
Victorian-Era Period Rooms
Decorative Arts Assistants and Greeters are on hand daily to offer tours and information about the decorative arts collection in period room settings and galleries in Fountain Elms, an 1850 historic Italianate mansion and the former home of the Institute's founders.
